I photographed one of my favorite family sessions of the season I believe. the Weaver family wrote to me back in September and when she mentioned she had three adorable boys I couldn’t help but get giddy. Not only were her boys amazing BUT her styling of them was perfect. We brainstormed for weeks over what outfits and what pieces would look the best. Almost every item we purchased came from Target, Amazon, or Old navy. Moms outfits was from one of my favorites, Free People, and it worked perfectly! (If you need some ideas, check out this blog link HERE.)
Having a shoot with three boys I know ahead of time that it is always best to shoot somewhere that they can run because I know that about every 10 minutes we need a run break. This session was no different. But luckily all of Samantha’s boys were just as adorable running as they were posed. Davis, the oldest cutie, was a booty shaking master. Whenever there was a pause he was sure to start jumping and wiggling his booty. Carson, the middle cutie with the suspenders, had the biggest eyes I’ve ever seen and was a spitting image of his daddy. Then there was the youngest sweetheart, Cohen, and he was a just a heartthrob waiting to happen. He batted his eyes and flashed his big toothy side smile and I swear I died just about every time he showed it.
The entire session was spent laughing, giggling, chasing and dancing. And around this time of the year I wouldn’t want it any other way. After just chatting with Samantha ahead of time prepare for the session i knew that she was my cup of tea. She trusted me so and that is all I ask. She mentioned that she scoured Pinterest and even after doing that she still didn’t bring any images to the session. That is always my favorite thing to hear.
