Sometimes you just click with your client. When Daine wrote to me 3 years ago I was terrified. I was somewhat new, and she was seriously gorgeous. Well not only was she gorgeous BUT she was outrageously sweet. Every year after that I eagerly awaited her message to book her yearly session. This year was slightly different. I reached out to her to check in and she informed me of a sweet little surprise she had in store for this particular shoot. I won’t spoil that surprise, you’ll have to check it below. BUT moving on. I wrote to her early this year to chat about upcoming sessions and she let me know that they were planning on relocating. Ya’ll….. I cannot even BEGIN to describe the PIT in my stomach in that moment.

Doing what I do, you become a part of your families. Some them call once a year, some once every 2 years, some once a month. BUT REGARDLESS you see them grow. Their kids begin to know me. My heart dropped. When I tell you that I immediately wrote “I Will travel to you. no matter what.” It was a seriously nice feeling to have her say “We wouldn’t want anyone else. Leaving our photographer will be hard.” Because I feel the same way!! ANYWAY! We Do have some amazing future session in the works with this gorgeous family and I cannot WAIT to show you.
